JORGE BEROIZ

Jorge Beroiz is a former Director at RTKL, CRTKL and Arcadis UK, based in London. He has a diverse portfolio encompassing mixed-use, office, retail, and transit-oriented design projects across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia. His work is recognized for design innovation and unique project solutions. Committed to sustainability, Jorge collaborates with clients and project teams to integrate eco-friendly concepts into designs.

In a 2014 article titled “Retrospective Reflection at the Venice Biennale,” Jorge shared insights from his visit to the Venice Biennale, discussing the exhibition’s focus on deconstructing buildings to their basic elements and the interplay between architecture and social responsibility.

Jorge has also contributed thought leadership pieces, such as an op-ed in Property Week, where he discussed the evolving function of stations in urban environments, emphasizing the need for alignment with shifting urban dynamics.
