Milan, a world-renowned city for fashion and design and an economic powerhouse of Italy with Europe’s second-highest GDP. The city’s urban regeneration vision entails sustainable projects that enhance infrastructure, preserve heritage, and foster innovation to enhance residents’ quality of life.
02. Solution
Innovative design utilized advanced parametric
and analytical tools and incorporates mass timber intothe structure to enhance sustainability. The project was carefully designed to harmonize with climate dynamics, optimize natural light, and cater to customer needs. In addition, the project showcases eco-friendly elements such as green spaces and energy-efficient systems.
